Terms of Service

Terms for using HolidayOps payment-risk workspace and related services.

Last updated: 2026-06-12

Acceptance

By using HolidayOps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

HolidayOps provides software for cross-border payment-risk planning. The service helps users track affected countries, payment routes, holiday overlap, risk windows, reminders, drafts, exports, activity, and account billing state.

HolidayOps does not replace bank, legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for verifying payment timing, bank cutoffs, customer communications, and operational decisions.

Accounts

Workspace use requires an account because routes, reminders, activity, support, and billing state are user-owned business data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Plans And Billing

Free is a logged-in account plan. Plus and Pro are paid subscription plans. Plan limits describe the workspace capacity included with each plan.

Paid subscriptions are billed for the selected period unless canceled. If a subscription is canceled, access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless provider behavior or applicable rules require otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, upload harmful content, violate applicable law, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolidayOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
