Overview
HolidayOps paid plans are subscription products. Refunds are reviewed based on payment status, account activity, provider constraints, and whether the request is tied to a billing error or product-access issue.
When To Contact Us
Contact support if:
- you were charged unexpectedly;
- you cannot access a paid plan after payment;
- you canceled but still see a billing issue;
- a duplicate payment appears;
- you believe a provider or account-state error occurred.
What To Include
Email billing@holidayops.app with the account email, plan, payment provider, approximate payment date, amount, and a short explanation of the issue.
Review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider when possible. Provider timelines and fees may affect final settlement timing.
Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to provider behavior. Access may continue through the current billing period unless the subscription state or provider rules say otherwise.
