What Support Covers
Support covers:
- account access and project setup;
- route-risk workflow questions;
- reminder or calendar-export issues;
- email-draft handoff problems;
- Free, Plus, or Pro billing setup questions.
What Support Does Not Cover
HolidayOps support cannot execute transfers, contact banks on your behalf, guarantee settlement timing, or provide regulated financial, legal, tax, or treasury advice.
Billing Access
If paid checkout is unavailable in your account, email billing support with your route volume, payment methods, and recurring payment schedule. See the pricing page for the current Free, Plus, and Pro plan options.
Contact Path
For support requests, email support@holidayops.app and include the route, payment method, date, and workspace action you expected to complete.
For billing questions, email billing@holidayops.app. If you are signed in, you can also use the in-product support ticket flow from your account settings.
