HolidayOps is an operations workspace for cross-border payment-risk planning. We use account and workspace data to provide route monitoring, reminder workflows, support, billing, and security.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• account details, such as name and email address;
• workspace data, such as payment routes, affected countries, reminders, action notes, drafts, and activity history;
• billing data needed to process Plus or Pro subscriptions;
• support ticket content and related attachments;
• technical data, such as device, browser, IP, session, and security logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate the HolidayOps workspace;
• save route, reminder, action, and support state for the account owner;
• process billing and subscription status;
• detect abuse, secure the service, and troubleshoot incidents;
• respond to support requests and improve product reliability.

Payment Data

Payment details are processed by payment providers. HolidayOps stores subscription and order records needed to show plan status, but does not store full card numbers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the product, comply with legal obligations, protect the service, or support account requests.

Data Retention

We retain account, workspace, billing, and support data for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.

Your Choices

You may update account profile information, manage subscription status, and contact support for data access or deletion requests. Some records may be kept when required for legal, accounting, abuse-prevention, or security purposes.
